Don't Leave it too late
My life is like a car!
It moves through time and moves through space
And hopefully with charm and grace.
It moves through moods both night and day
And carries me upon my way,
Through plans and timetables too tight
That wear me down and start to bite
The heart of who I want to be
I really need an MOT!

Lent is the church’s spring-cleaning time: a chance to refocus our lives on what is most important and measure ourselves against the Gospel of Jesus and his presence in our lives.
It involves recognising our frailty, that we are but dust, and putting what is most important back at the centre of our plans and relationships.
A good Lent means building self-control through fasting, restoring our interdependence through giving and reconnecting with Jesus in prayer.

An MOT will help you to lean into Lent and renew yourself for the journey that we must all make.
